The Unrestricted Construction Supervisors Prep Class, also known as the Builder's License or General Contractor License, is a six week course that meets once a week on Wednesday evening on Live Zoom Webinar. 

The cost of the class is $350 *

*The State of Massachusetts has updated to the 10th edition of the Building Code (2021) as of January 1, 2025.  All CSL Prep Class Candidates need the 10th edition of the Building Code, MA Amendments and Energy Code to begin class.  A complete list of books needed for class can be found at:  https://www.masscodeprep.com/materials/

    If you want to pass the exam with ease take this class. Each week you will leave class feeling more confident. The classes aren't boring like other classes you hear of out there. This class is very entertaining and useful.
